Postminority Support
This is an order by the Court ordering divorced parents to pay postminority support to their unmarried children. There are two circumstances where this is applicable: (1) when the child has a disability which existed pre-majority that renders them incapable of self-support; and (2) to provide assistance to the child for educational purposes.
