Annulments of Marriage

An annulment is the dissolution of a marriage. It treats the marriage as if it never happened. An annulment is very difficult to achieve because there are very narrow grounds for an annulment. Such grounds include bigamy,  a pre-marital concealment of a pregnancy by another man, fraudulent intent not to cohabit, the concealment of a sexually-transmissible disease, an underage marriage, duress, and impotency.
